Эх. Как всегда. Смотрю. Ух ты PCI-E gen.2 . Ну думаю решили
проблему с сигналами тактования, чтобы не надо было внешней фигни
вешать. Заглянул в erratu а там вот. The PCIe Reference Clock Output of the SERDES does not comply with the certain PCI-SIG specifications, which may cause issues for external PCIe components receiving and using the reference clock. Therefore, SERDES reference clock (signals SERDES0_REFCLK0P and SERDES0_REFCLK0N) cannot be used to output a PCIe reference clock.
Но самое интересное что:
