Вы уверены что в cw компилятор GCC ? вот что пишет hcc из CW1.4 build 1:

-Jdir       add 'dir' to the end of the system include search list
-o file     leave output in 'file'
-O          optimize output
-Uname      undefine the macro 'name'
-V          show version
-w          suppress warnings
-we         treat warnings as errors

в инклудах нет ни одного упоминания gcc.
