Вы грубоваты, сэр. Сам объясни чем принципиально отличается trac и redmine. Из описания на сайте:

Из того, что я вижу и использую каждый день: мощная вики, план работ, связка с системой управления версиями, и конечно же issue tracking.
Буду зануден как всегда: bug tracking != issue tracking.
