remote control as soon as it receives a command from the
controller. While remote control is active, the instrument settings are optimized for maximum measurement speed. The normal display is "switched off", i.e. it shows a "Remote" dialog with
hotkeys described in the following sections. All other operation via the front panel is disabled.
