TI выпустил FET с USB интерфейсом. Как бонус - умеет шить JTAG fuse. http://focus.ti.com/docs/pr/pressrelease.jhtml?prelId=sc04224
Внутри стоит связка из MSP430F1612 и TUSB3410.
