параметров то не было изначально - я поэтому и спросил :> я как-то с полгодика назад делал поиск среди производителей драйверов для двигателей (правда для шаговых, но они обычно если и производят то для разных). вот какие результаты получил: MANUFACTURER RESULT ALLEGRO good suitable silicons, good prices TOSHIBA chips are not available in stocks, mostly low-current NATIONAL for big currents only -> expensive and in large packages JRC not available in stocks, contain lead (RoHS not compliant) ON SEMI good chips, some suitable, expensive SANYO have some suitable solutions, but not available anywhere (perhaps, they produce them for internal purposes) STMICRO mostly universal drivers, not in stock, relatively expensive TEXAS stopped producing (only obsolete products) NEC low-current solutions only MATSUSHITA low-current solutions only; for internal use ROHM some suitable chips, but not available at vendors for some reasons SAMSUNG stopped producing FAIRCHILD stopped producing for steppers (only for other types of motors) INFINEON chips w/out internal translator (many lines for control required); some chips contain lead; not expensive RENESAS only MCU-based solutions MITSUBISHI stopped producing FUJITSU stopped producing
