Если интересно - причина где-то рядом, но действия как указаны, не сработали. I tried doing it like on the website, but I’m not able to turn off DEP for my application.
I also tried turning it off with console (like they did here:

But this also didn’t solved the problem.
Now I had the idea of running Windows in “safe mode” and starting the application there.
At the moment the software runs on tablet and I think, it would be the best, to reinstall Windows 7 Home Premium on the device.
What do you think? Could this be the solution of my problem?
