Evgeny_CD (12.11.2005 19:59, просмотров: 1) ответил si на А нужен индастриал обязательно? до -20 спокойно можно комерческий ставить. А если нужно меньше то у MICREL есть хорошие чипы в индастриале -доступны и дешевы. У них официальный дистрибьютор даже в России есть.
