Экспериментатор (23.03.2017 08:42, просмотров: 1) ответил Экспериментатор на У SSD OCZ Agility3 120GB за год в выключенном состоянии при комнатной температуре стек. Выключали работало, полежало год - не работает. Данным полный капут, прошивку восстановить можно, но смысла нету. Срок хранения для flash указывают в свежем"Вскрытие" показало, что умерла одна из 16 микросхем памяти маркированная SpecTek PF412. Даташитов этого чуда я не нашел, подозреваю отбраковку, так как не должны микросхемы ломаться от хранения. Очевидно, что софт SSD с памятью от флешек оставляет желать лучшего, если при потере 1/16 изнашиваемой памяти все устройство приходит в полную негодность. Перепрошил SSD на 60GB вместо 120GB, посмотрю, что будет дальше.
