As an example, take the scenario where an op amp is required to amplify a signal with a peak amplitude of 5 volts at a frequency of 25kHz. An op amp with a slew rate of at least 2 π x 25 000 x 5 = 0.785V/µs would be required. С твоими цифрами получается нужно более 1.5 V/uS. Ниже предлагал уже MC33172 - у него 2 V/uS.
