Микроконтроллеры PIC

Внезапно перестал шиться dsPIC30F6010A. Что это? Отказ FLASH памяти? Ничего не менял, абсолютно на ровном месте просто стал выдавать ошибку программирования. PICKit3 erase делает, но выдает ошибку программирования. (я так думаю не проверяет сделал erase или нет) PICKit4 не может сделать даже Erase. Понижение скорости на PICKit4 ничего не дает. Шнурок програмамтора прозвонил (пины в программатор - пятаки на плате) потому что шнурок это единственное что я вообще как-то трогал. Может быть такое что FLASH память выработала свой ресурс?
