There are errors in the XML part description files for ATmega128 and ATtiny25/45/85 that cause some I/O registers to be presented with wrong address in AVR Studio 4.13. To install this, first rename the existing ATmega128.xml, ATtiny25.xml, ATtiny45.xml, ATtiny85.xml files in C:\Program Files\Atmel\AVR Tools\Partdescriptionfiles, then unzip the archive into the same folder.
